Pan Celtic Gathering with participants from the celtic nations as well as other nationalities now resident in Carlow on parade. Led by the Carmarthen Symphonic Wind Band with members of The Killeshin Pipe Band bringing up the rear. Project in association with Carlow Arts Office and prop designer Heather Grogan.
